15. Refund and Dispute Policy

Sabine Property Group LLC provides real estate marketing and consultancy services. Our refund policy is as follows:

15.1 Consultation Fees

If you have paid a consultation or service fee and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 7 calendar days of the payment date, provided that the consultation or service has not yet been delivered or commenced. To request a refund, contact us at admin@sabinepropertygroup.net with your name, payment date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

15.2 Services Already Rendered

Once a consultation or service has been delivered or commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of the service date and we will review your case in good faith and work toward a fair resolution.

15.3 Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us directly at admin@sabinepropertygroup.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with Section 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) of these Terms.

16. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled consultation or service engagement at any time subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation: Full refund of any prepaid fees, no cancellation charge.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the prepaid service fee may apply, at our discretion.
  • No-show or failure to cancel: Prepaid fees are forfeited and are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of an ongoing service engagement: You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to admin@sabinepropertygroup.net. Fees for work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

To cancel, please email admin@sabinepropertygroup.net with your name, the service or consultation booked, and your cancellation request. We will confirm receipt within one (1) business day.

17. Return Policy

Sabine Property Group LLC is a service-based business and does not sell physical goods. Accordingly, a traditional product return policy does not apply. All services are delivered digitally or through consultations, and the refund and cancellation policies in Sections 15 and 16 govern any requests for reimbursement.

If you received any physical materials as part of a service engagement (such as printed reports or documents) and believe they were delivered in error or are materially deficient, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at admin@sabinepropertygroup.net.

18. Legal and Export Restrictions

Our services are intended solely for use within the United States. By using this Website or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are located within the United States or are a U.S. person engaging us with respect to property located in the United States
  • You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. government embargo or sanctions
  • You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
  • Your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity located in a jurisdiction where our services would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

From time to time, Sabine Property Group LLC may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers for our consultancy and marketing services. The following terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

  • Eligibility: Promotions are available to new and existing clients located within the United States, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
  • Non-transferable: Promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Expiration: All promotions are valid only for the period specified in the offer. Expired promotions will not be honored.
  • One use per client: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one use per client or household.
